I need to let you guys know Jamie at the front desk is a very nice person help me with everything she could. In the other hand Cat and July are very rude and need some training to improve customer service experience and make the guest feel welcome. The hotel is nice litle Tuscani but overpriced, enjoy breakfast the personel work hard to keep it clean and organize at all times during the free breakfast, love the coffee machine expresso, waffles and bluberrie sauce where excellent.

A/C didn't work in the room otherwise a decent stay.

Loved my stay here. I was able to check in early (at noon) and used the pool both on arrival and after I checked out. They have bikes to rent right on the property for $1 an hour via zagster and I was able to bike into town and around the vineyards! The bed was soooo comfortable and a lovely room. Friendly helpful staff !!! Also there is a huge market a block away with gourmet food, bakery and all you could want. I will definitely come back here. The Healdsburg people were so friendly and warm - everywhere I went.
