Hotel was OK. But, ...

Hotel was OK. But, we prefer a bed & breakfast....we stayed (3) nights, and we prefer the ambience of a bed & breakfast...especially in wine country. Hotel was clean....

Stayed here many times ...

Stayed here many times past 15 years and very good. This time young girl at front desk stated no ground floor room available for us. BUT, If we pay another $50 per night she will find one, but since today is our lucky day we can have it for $30. Location great, complex also, front desk horrible. There are other hotels here that don't support this upsell program.
