Alex is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! ...

Alex is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! This guy deserves a raise. He has been here for years and is so valuable to this company. He greeted us in such a professional manner, he does his job exceptionally well. You don’t wanna lose a person like this coming from a business owner. He made our stay just so beyond what it could have been.. I will be calling his manager as well as leaving this review because workers like this are rare to find. Customer service is a up and down field and Alex is one of the BEST people I’ve ever encountered working in the industry for 13 years!!

Great location for Sonoma ...

Great location for Sonoma wineries. Our room flooring was very dirty. Our feet were BLACK from walking on it. See photo. But space and amenities were good.
